Long & Foster Living
Bethlehem, PA

Bethlehem is a large town in southern Pennsylvania located in the greater Lehigh Valley community. Bethlehem real estate is divided between Northampton and Lehigh Counties. Known as “Christmas City USA,” Bethlehem has a great Colonial and industrial history. The National Museum of Industrial History, an affiliate of the Smithsonian Institute, calls Bethlehem real estate home. It is being built on the former Bethlehem Steel site.

Bethlehem real estate investors can choose from three main neighborhoods: North Bethlehem, South Bethlehem, and West Bethlehem. Families are especially attracted to Bethlehem real estate thanks to the wealth of educational opportunities; both Lehigh University and Moravian College are located in Bethlehem, which also boasts nineteen elementary schools, four middle schools, and two high schools. And of the more than 70,000 Bethlehem real estate owners, many commute to work in nearby Philadelphia. For more on Bethlehem, see the facts below.
